On December 4th, the russian army attacked a kindergarten in the Shumensky microdistrict of Kherson. This was reported on Telegram by the head of the Oblast Military Administration, Oleksandr Prokudin.
"As a result of the shelling that occurred around 11:00, the building's walls were damaged, and windows were shattered. Preliminarily, one person was injured. The information is being clarified", - he said.
