The strike on occupiers during an award ceremony in the occupied Olenivka in the Donetsk oblast on February 27 has been officially confirmed by the Armed Forces of Ukraine on February 29. This was reported by the Telegram channel "Operatyvnyi ZSU".
"Officially! The Armed Forces of Ukraine launched a missile strike on a concentration of russian troops in Olenivka, the Donetsk oblast, using Ukrainian multiple rocket launcher systems", - the statement said.
According to preliminary data, the enemy's losses from the strike are as follows: 19 eliminated russian occupiers, including the deputy commander of the russian military unit, and 12 wounded invaders, including the commander of that unit.
It was previously reported that something "exploded" in Olenivka, the Donetsk oblast, during the formation of occupying marines for an award ceremony.
