Oleksandr Kubrakov was dismissed from the position of Vice Prime Minister for the Reconstruction of Ukraine, Minister of Community Development, Territories, and Infrastructure on May 9th. This was reported by Ukrainian Member of Parliament Yaroslav Zhelezniak on Telegram.

"Parliament dismissed Kubrakov from the position of Vice Prime Minister for the Reconstruction of Ukraine - Minister of Community Development, Territories, and Infrastructure of Ukraine. The Vice Prime Minister himself was not present in the hall. The Prime Minister wasn't either. It's unclear who will take over. No one knows when the appointment will be made", - wrote Zhelezniak.

It is specified that 272 deputies voted for Kubrakov's dismissal.

"From conversations with colleagues and the way everything is organized, it increasingly seems to me that there will be a problem with further appointing Kubrakov as Minister of Infrastructure. It doesn't seem like they'll rush with it. And most likely... that's it", - Zhelezniak wrote later.

"The faction leadership and Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal did not discuss this decision with me. I was not invited to the faction meeting or the relevant committee. I would like to remind that since May 2021, I have been heading the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine. From the first days of the war, military logistics, reconstruction of housing, and municipal infrastructure were added to our responsibilities in the field of transportation and postal services", - Kubrakov commented on his dismissal on Facebook.
