Over the course of the day, the Donetsk oblast was subjected to 1870 enemy shelling incidents: three civilians were wounded, and 31 civilian objects were damaged. This was reported by the regional police on May 9th.
"Strikes were recorded in 9 populated areas: the cities of Hirniak, Zalizne, Krasnohorivka, Kurakhove, the villages of Ostre, Petrivka, Zoria, Rai-Oleksandrivka, Stara Mykolaivka. 31 civilian objects were damaged, including 23 residential buildings, administrative buildings, vehicles, power lines, and gas pipelines. As a result of artillery shelling, two people in Krasnohorivka were injured, and one in Petrivka. Three guided bombs KAB-250 were dropped by russia on Stara Mykolaivka. They also fired artillery. Sixteen private houses, vehicles, power lines, and gas pipelines were damaged", - the statement said.
"The MLRS Uragan was fired at Rai-Oleksandrivka, damaging a private house and a car. In addition, on the night of May 9th, russian forces attacked Lyman - the type of weapons used is being determined. According to preliminary data, no people were injured. Three apartment buildings, 19 private houses, social infrastructure objects, vehicles, and gas pipelines were damaged", - the police stated.
