Germany has officially allowed Ukraine to strike targets in russia with German weapons, as reported by the Telegram channel "DW Glavnoe".
"Ukraine has the right to defend itself against attacks", which russia is launching on Kharkiv, said Steffen Hebestreit, the official representative of the German government.
According to him, the Armed Forces of Ukraine can use weapons supplied by Western allies, including Germany, for this purpose.
