The "mayor" of occupied Mariupol, Oleg Mogrun, reported a local resident to the FSB after the resident complained about the abuses comong from Chechens. Scans of the relevant documents were published by the advisor to the Ukrainian mayor of the city, Petrj Andriushchenko.

The Mariupol resident addressed the head of the occupation administration with a letter complaining that Chechens, Dagestanis, and other peoples from russia are imposing their own "order" in the city and grossly violating russian laws. He recalled a particularly outrageous incident when a Chechen businessman drove his car onto a beach and reacted aggressively to local residents' comments. "These beasts, who should be living in their own homeland, claim that they can do whatever they want. Nobody here considers them one of us... This is not what we expected after 8 years. We hoped russia would come and bring order", - he described the situation, though not in the most politically correct terms.
