The process of identifying the victims of the missile strike on Kostiantynivka, which occurred on August 9, has been completed, revealing that three children were among the dead. This was reported by the Donetsk Oblast Prosecutor’s Office on Telegram on August 11.

"In Kostiantynivka, the identification and recognition of the bodies of those killed in the missile strike on the shopping center have been completed. According to final data, 14 people were killed as a result of the attack by the russian armed forces, including three children—girls aged 9, 11, and 16", - the report states.

The prosecutor’s office also noted that 44 people sustained injuries of varying degrees of severity.

"A pre-trial investigation is being conducted under the procedural guidance of the Donetsk Oblast Prosecutor’s Office in the criminal case concerning violations of the laws and customs of war (part 2 of article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine)", - the office added.

Recall that on August 9, russia launched a missile strike with a Kh-38 missile on a shopping mall in Kostiantynivka, the Donetsk oblast.
