Fifteen oblasts of Ukraine were affected by a russian mass attack on August 26, as reported by Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal on Telegram.

"Fifteen oblasts suffered today as a result of a russian mass attack. The enemy used various types of weapons: UAVs, cruise missiles, and 'Kinzhals'. There are injured and deceased. My deepest condolences to the families and loved ones. The target of the russian terrorists was once again the energy infrastructure. Unfortunately, there is damage in several regions. Ukrenergo was forced to implement emergency power outages to stabilize the system", - the Prime Minister reported.

He added that regional heads have been instructed to set up Invincibility Points if necessary.

"To stop the barbaric shelling of Ukrainian cities, it's necessary to destroy the sources from which russian missiles are launched. For this, Ukraine needs long-range weapons and permission from partners to strike russian targets. We count on the support of our allies and will make russia pay", - Shmyhal stated.
