When asked if the U.S. would lift restrictions on Ukraine's use of long-range weapons in the war against russia, Biden responded that his administration is working on this issue.
In recent weeks, Ukraine has actively urged its allies to remove all restrictions on using its long-range weapons against russia, arguing that it would allow them to target, among other things, aircraft launching cruise missiles and guided bombs. In response, Pentagon chief Lloyd Austin stated that no means, including long-range missiles, are decisive for the full-scale russian invasion of Ukraine.
