Denis Pushilin, the leader of the so-called "DNR", acknowledged that the occupied territories of Mariupol, Yasynuvata, and Novoazovsk are falling behind in preparing for the upcoming heating season. He wrote about this on his Telegram following an operational meeting with the fake "regional cabinet" and local authorities.
"I want to highlight the following municipalities where the indicators are significantly below the republic’s average — Yasynuvata, Novoazovsk districts, and Mariupol", - he said.
Additionally, according to Pushilin, the preparation of heat supply facilities is significantly lagging in Kirovske (renamed to Khrestivka – OstroV). In terms of preparing apartment buildings, Zuhres also has low performance.
"Less than a month remains, and it is crucial to complete all measures on time", - Pushilin warned, highlighting serious issues with winter preparations.
