The russian military hit Kharkiv overnight with a KAB bomb strike, resulting in at least two fatalities and increasing the injured count to 34 by morning. This was reported by the head of Kharkiv Oblast Administration, Oleh Synehubov, and Kharkiv’s mayor, Ihor Terekhov, via Telegram on October 31.

“As of now, 34 people are injured. A child has died. Rescuers have recovered body fragments from the rubble. An examination will be conducted to confirm identities, increasing the death toll to two”, - Synehubov wrote at 6:40 am.

He noted earlier that the boy, killed by the terrorist state, was 11 years old. He was pulled from the debris with severe head trauma and fractures, and medical teams performed resuscitation for over half an hour. Sadly, they were unable to save him.

Terekhov had reported the sound of an explosion in Kharkiv and stated that emergency crews were dispatched to inspect the impact site at 10:51 pm on October 30.
