Russian "war correspondents" acknowledge that the Ukrainian Armed Forces (AFU) have expelled russian occupiers from Kupiansk. This was noted in particular by the so-called pro-russian "military blogger" Yuriy Podolyaka.
"Our command of the 'West' group failed to take advantage of the opportunity that arose due to the confusion during the enemy’s rotation of forces in Kupiansk. Therefore, we must admit that the enemy managed to push us out of the northeastern outskirts of the city. Even the bridgehead we had established and expanded yesterday on the other side of the Oskil River cannot console us in this situation", - lamented the former Ukrainian journalist who defected to the enemy.
Reports of the occupiers retreating from Kupiansk are also being shared by other "war correspondents".
