The decisions of NATO's July summit in Washington regarding air defense and other supplies for the front have not been fully implemented as of late November. This was reported by President Volodymyr Zelensky following a phone conversation with NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte.

The head of state emphasized that Ukraine expects these commitments to be fulfilled, as they "significantly impact the motivation and morale of our people".

"The recent approval for long-range strikes on military targets in russia has helped. But pressure on russia must be maintained and increased on various levels", - he added.

Zelensky discussed with Rutte the available options for responding to russia's use of a new ballistic missile, focusing on strengthening air defense systems.

According to the president, he identified specific air defense systems that are needed, can be effective, and are available to partners.
