In the Luhansk oblast, russian military forces are indoctrinating young people into committing war crimes, systematically engaging in militarization. This was reported by the Luhansk Oblast State Administration.
“For instance, students of the Luhansk Economic and Legal Lyceum-Boarding School named after the Heroes of the ‘Young Guard’ were recently awarded the rank of vice-sergeants. This event was preceded by an oath of allegiance to russia. The ceremony was organized in the local history museum, which has been arranged in the best propaganda traditions of the kremlin”, - the statement reads.
The occupiers see these youths as future loyal supporters of the occupation, harboring hatred toward everything Ukrainian, the Luhansk Oblast Administration concludes.
