The feeling of complete stalemate gripped the leaders of the so-called "DPR" and "LPR" due to the fact that the Russian supervisors have lost interest in them, the journalist Pavlo Kanygin writes in an article for "Novaya Gazeta".

"Luhansk and Donetsk representatives anxiously discovered that Moscow has recently lost its former interest in the negotiation process and the very territories, – writes the journalist.

"The high-ranking military advisers and civilian supervisors were redirected to the Syrian issue and we've got a hopeless greyness here", - the journalist quotes the words of one of the representatives of the "DPR".

According to the source, the lack of long-term agenda "disorients mid-level officials."

"And our leaders are engaged in a power struggle with each other for cash flows. We feel like we’re in a complete deadlock." - the source complains.
