The leader of "DPR" Alexander Zakharchenko has stated once again about his unwillingness to fulfill the Minsk agreements and promised to extend the occupation regime in the whole territory of the Donetsk oblast. He said this during a "direct conversation" with the residents today, - separatist media report.

"The territory of the May "referendum" was the entire former Donetsk oblast, so now it is a territory of the "DPR". We will insist on the referendum's results to be on the whole territory of the former Donetsk oblast", - he said.

He also threatened to resolve this issue not in a peaceful way.

"If the attempts to solve the issue of the release of lands in a peaceful way will not be crowned with success, then we will deal with them as we can", - he said.

As previously reported, the Minsk agreements, first of all, provide for the restoration of territorial integrity of Ukraine through a status of the "districts with a special order of the local government" to the temporary occupied territories of Donbass. The boundaries of these districts are clearly defined and, for the most part, are coincided with the current division of the Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts for the territories under the control of Ukraine and temporarily occupied territories. The concepts of the "DPR" or "LPR" as well as the name of any posts of the "heads of republics" do not figure in the Minsk documents at all. Nobody in the world did not accept the results of the so-called "referendums" in "republics", and there is no talking about in the Minsk agreements. There are the signs of the puppet ruler of the "DPR" Alexander Zakharchenko under all the documents signed in Minsk.
