The SBU Security Service of Ukraine has summoned to Kyiv the former "people's governor of Donbass" Pavlo Gubarev for questioning. This is reported by the Interfax-Ukraina news agency.

The relevant summons was published in today's issue of the Cabinet's official newspaper Uriadoviy Kurier.

P.Gubarev is suspected of infringement on the territorial integrity and independence of Ukraine, organizing mass disturbances and involvement in the activities of terrorist organizations.

The summons reads: "The suspect Gubarev Pavlo Yurijovych, born March 10, 1983, is called to the senior investigator at the police department of the SBU Main Investigations Directorate Romanchenko A.O. at 10.00 a.m. on January 11-13, 2017. The purpose of the call: "Conducting investigative and procedural actions in criminal proceedings No. 22014000000000181 of March 3, 2014, under Part 3, Article 109; Part 1, Article 109; Part 2, Article 110, Part 1, Article 28; Part 1 Art. 294; Part 1, Art. 258-3 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine".

As we reported earlier, one of the terrorist leaders Gubarev was put on wanted list in June 2014. According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs’ website, category "persons hiding from the authorities" says that P.Gubarev is hiding from the SBU’s Office of Investigations. May 26 is considered the date of his disappearance.
