The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has extended temporary emergency measures in the native energy sector for another month. The corresponding decision was made during today's meeting of the government, - 112.ua reports.

"It is about the temporary measures in the electricity market. No objections? We have continued them, the decision was made", - the Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman noted.

As previously reported, emergency measures on the country's energy market were introduced by the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers on February 17 in connection with the blockade of coal supplies of the rank "A" (anthracite) from the occupied territory.

Kryvyi Rih Thermal Power Plant, owned by DTEK Holding, has stopped its work since April 11 to save the coal. According to the media, this TPP has already become the fourth stopped station since the beginning of April: Prydniprovska TPP and Trypilska TPP have stopped generating electricity on April 5 to save the anthracite coal, Zmiivska TPP - on April 7.
