More than 75% of Ukrainians surveyed believe that things in Ukraine are going in the wrong direction. This is evidenced by the survey data, conducted by the Rating sociological group.

According to the survey, 76% of respondents believe that things in Ukraine are going in the wrong direction, 13% - in the right direction, every tenth has not decided on the answer. At the same time, the West of the country and the youth are more positive about the situation in the country.

It is noted that more than half of the respondents (53%) consider the military conflict in the East of Ukraine to be the most important problem. More than 45% of respondents are concerned about low wages or pensions and increased utility rates.

More than a third of respondents consider the rise in prices for basic goods and inflation an important problem. Bribery and official corruption, absence of work and unemployment are also important for a quarter of respondents.

As the results of the survey show, the importance of problems such as low wages/pensions, rising prices for basic goods, as well as bribery and corruption in the central government has increased over the past two years.

"At the same time, the importance of such a problem as the increase of utility rates has decreased significantly (from 70% to 45%). If the residents of the West are more concerned about the military conflict in the Donbass and corruption in the central government, then the residents of the South and East are more concerned about low wages and pensions, an increase in prices and utility rates", - the survey notes.

Audience: the population of Ukraine from 18 years and older. The sample is representational according to the age, sex, regions and type of settlement. Sampled population: 2000 respondents.
