Vocal supporter of Novorossia Roman Manekin have appealed to Russian President Vladimir Putin with a request to cancel the "election" of leader of the "DNR" as inconsistent with the Minsk agreements. A letter to Putin was sent through the official website of the President of the Russian Federation, - the separatist reports in social networks.
"Dear Vladimir Putin!", - he appeals to the Russian president, reminding him that the "early elections" of head of the "DNR" and the next "deputies of the people's council of the DNR" are set in the "DNR".
Then the Moscow-Makiivka "political technologist" explains Vladimir Putin in layman's terms that holding such "elections" is contrary to the "set of measures for the implementation of the Minsk agreements".
In addition, Manekin opens Putin's eyes, citizens of Russia are taking part in organizing these "elections". In particular, he reported, "citizen of the Russian Federation Olga Pozdniakova was appointed chairman of the CEC of the DNR with violations of the Constitution of the DNR, and citizen of the Russian Federation Andrey Kim was appointed… Chairman of the DNR Supreme Court".
"All these circumstances give opponents of Russia weighty reasons to accuse the Russian Federation of gross interference in the internal affairs of the Donetsk People's Republic, of actual overseeing the political processes taking place in the DNR", - the separatist warns head of the Russian state.
He shares with Vladimir Putin his fears that "the elections in the DNR are held with gross violations of international and local suffrage".
In this regard, Roman Manekin asks Vladimir Putin "to influence the DNR authorities in order to cancel the republican election on November 11, 2018 and compel them to organize QUALITATIVE lawful election of local authorities, as provided for by international agreements".
