A civilian was beaten by the "LNR" militants at the separatist checkpoint in Stanytsia Luhanska on March 15. This is stated in the OSCE SMM daily report.
The man was kicked three times, struck down to the ground and kicked again.
The section "Difficulties faced by civilians at checkpoints along the contact line" says that "at the checkpoint of armed formations south of the bridge in Stanytsia Luhanska (15 km north-east of Luhansk), the observers saw as a member of the armed formations kicked a civilian (a man of 40 years) three times and then struck him with another kick when he was already lying on the ground"..
The mission's observers note that after the beating of the man, "as soon as the member of the armed formations moved away from him", two officers of the first aid brigade approached him and helped to sit on a bench in a nearby shelter.
