7 342 new cases of coronavirus disease COVID-19 were recorded in Ukraine over the past day. This was reported by Minister of Health Maksym Stepanov at a briefing in Kyiv today, - correspondent of OstroV reports.
"7 342 people fell ill over the past day, including 287 children and 363 health workers. 976 people were hospitalized over the past day", - the minister stated.
According to him, 113 deaths from COVID-19 were recorded over the past day, 2 990 patients recovered.
"In total, 370 417 people fell ill in Ukraine during the pandemic, including 21 430 children and 22 650 health workers. 151 632 people recovered and 6 868 died", - Maksym Stepanov said.
78 684 tests on COVID-19 were carried over the past day, of which 47 162 - by PCR and 31 532 - by EIA.
