Occupation authorities of CADLO are trying to impose their own agenda for the TCG meeting. This follows from the statement of the non-existent so-called "DNR delegation at the talks". Representatives of illegal pseudo-formations of the occupied Donbas state that "negotiations of working groups to discuss political, humanitarian, economic and security issues are planned to be held on October 26". At the same time, they are throwing an allegedly agreed "agenda" into the information space. According to the occupation authorities, it is planned to discuss the extremely aggressive actions of the JFO units at the meeting of the subgroups. Such a more than free interpretation of the agenda, voiced by the terrorist organizations not authorized to do it, can be considered a provocation and a reason to accuse Ukraine of disrupting the TCG meeting.

The dispersed "protesters" orderly left army tents and a field kitchen near the Park Inn hotel in occupied Donetsk, where the headquarters of the OSCE SMM mission is located, that is, props that hardly belonged to any private person. Users wrote this in separatist segment of social networks. "They will stand here for a day or two, as a reminder of our requirements for the OSCE", - the reports cited attempts to explain why army-type property still remains near the hotel. It was noted that after the arrival of Alexey Kulemzin, who calls himself the "head of the administration" of Donetsk, and who proposed to fold up the "spontaneous" protest campaign and transfer it to social networks, almost the entire tent camp and other props of the "protesters" disappeared from their place on the same day.

The Skochinsky coal mine in occupied Donetsk maintains four more mines that operate in the water pumping mode. Gennadiy Kovalchuk, who calls himself the "chairman of the Donetsk coal miners' union", told this on separatist resources. As of today, out of more than a dozen coal mining enterprises that were part of the Donetsk Coal Energy Company (DCEC) before the war, now coal is actually mined only by the Skochinsky mine, which employs two thousand people. According to Kovalchuk, in addition to them, the company provides salaries for another 1.5 thousand workers of other DCEC mines, which operate mainly in the water pumping mode. "The money is shared by everyone. Although here the government of the "republic" needs to make a decision - whether to transfer them to restructuring, or somehow compensate for the maintenance of the Abakumov, Chelyuskintsev, 17-17-bis and Lidievka mines. One enterprise will not cope with this", - the "trade union leader" said.

The natural decline in the population of the occupied part of the Donetsk region is 11.9, which is the highest rate in the last 20 years. Olga Dolgoshapko, who calls herself the "adviser to the DNR head", stated this in an interview with the separatist media. "Currently, we have a catastrophic demographic situation, since the birth rate in the DNR in 2020 is minimal - 3.8, and with this indicator, the death rate rose to 15.7 per thousand people. Thus, the natural population decline was 11.9, which is the highest indicator for the last 20 years", - Dolgoshapko stated. "I believe that according to the results of 2021, these demographic indicators will be even worse, since the birth rate continues to decline, and the death rate is increasing, including due to coronavirus infection", - Dolgoshapko specified. She also told about the problems with poor nutrition of CADO residents, stress and unhealthy youth. According to her, most of the residents in the occupation survive with minimal means of subsistence. It affects women's health and the ability to become pregnant and carry children. Dolgoshapko cited data that there were also many sick children in the occupation. "If we take the condition of adolescent girls, every second, that is, more than 40%, has inflammatory diseases. The data are associated with the low moral state of our society, in particular, with early sexual relations", - she explained. "If we do not solve these problems today, our population will continue to die out. And according to the statistics, the Donbas will become deserted in 95 years", - Dolgoshapko concluded.
