As of today, there are at least 4,337 Ukrainians in captivity of russian occupiers, including both military personnel and civilians. This information was reported by the Ministry of Reintegration, referencing the meeting of the commission on establishing the fact of captivity held on November 17.

"Eight commission meetings have been held to date. As a result, the fact of deprivation of freedom has been established for 4,337 individuals (3,574 military personnel and 763 civilians)", - the statement notes.

The Ministry of Reintegration added that based on the commission's work, the ministry is making one-time and annual state financial assistance payments.

"Thus, since the beginning of this year, 422 million hryvnias have already been paid to those released from captivity, as well as to the families of prisoners of war, civilian hostages, and political prisoners", - the ministry noted.

As previously reported, nearly 2,000 residents of the Luhansk oblast are considered missing.
