The European Council is urging the Rada to swiftly adopt the negotiating frameworks prepared by the European Commission for Ukraine and Moldova. This was reported by Interfax-Ukraine.
"The European Council welcomes the progress made by Ukraine and the Republic of Moldova in advancing necessary reforms on the path to the EU. In addition to presenting draft negotiating frameworks for Ukraine and the Republic of Moldova, the European Council proposes that the Council swiftly adopt them and promptly commence work", - the conclusions of the European Council meeting in Brussels stated.
