"The russian army dropped a guided aviation bomb on Beryslav. The strike hit residential areas, damaging a provider's building, a pharmacy, a residential house, and other civilian infrastructure", - he wrote.
According to him, fifteen local residents received concussions. The injuries were minor, and the injured received medical assistance, but they refused hospitalization.
