The mayor of the russian city, Andrey Kravchenko, wrote about this on his Telegram channel. "The threat of an attack by unmanned boats on the territory of Novorossiysk has been eliminated. There is no danger for residents", - he assured.
However, the local authorities have announced that access to the city's embankment and beaches will be restricted on Wednesday. These precautionary measures are reportedly due to the need to survey the bay area.
Earlier, it was reported that kamikaze sea drones attacked Novorossiysk, where a russian naval base is located. Residents of the city reported hearing explosions from the sea for about 30 minutes. A siren sounded in the city, and traffic in the embankment area was blocked.
