In just two months, 5,000 migrants, mostly from Central Asia, have been "legalized" in the "DNR". This was reported by the head of the occupation administration of the Donetsk oblast, Denis Pushilin, in an interview with the Donetsk branch of a russian TV channel.

He stated, "Over two months, more than 5,000 people have registered and are fully legal within the framework of Russian legislation, allowing them to work".

"All those who are here illegally, I think, will be identified... We are focused on this together with our law enforcement agencies", - Pushilin added, without providing even an approximate number of illegal migrants in the occupied territory of the region.
