The leader of the "DNR" made it clear that many villages destroyed by russian aggression will not be rebuilt. He expressed his position during a broadcast on one of the russian TV channels.
"Small settlements that are now being liberated... In terms of restoration, we will of course consider the number of people, the residents of these settlements, and the feasibility of restoring small settlements. We have very small villages, so it is possible that within the framework of master plans, the territory will be re-evaluated, and possibly merged with nearby larger settlements", - said the collaborator.
As previously reported, Pushilin openly admitted that restoring Donbas "to how it was before 2014 is not possible". He vaguely promised to build new modern cities on the ruins left by the russian armed forces, without specifying timelines or funding sources.
