Footage of the evacuation of people from the Toretsk community by the "Phoenix" evacuation team, taken by Anadolu Agency, was released by the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine on July 23.
"Russian occupiers continuously shell the community's settlements, destroying homes and killing civilians. Rescuers note that evacuation saves lives and helps find protection in safer locations!", - the statement said.
