Workers at coal enterprises in the occupied Dovzhansk, the Luhansk oblast, have not been paid since March of this year. This was reported by the head of the Luhansk Oblast Military Administration, Artem Lysohor, on Telegram on July 26.

"Miners in the occupied Dovzhansk haven't seen any money since March. At first, they were threatened with forced mobilization, then they were motivated by the arrival of russian investors", - the message states.

It is noted that now the occupiers promise to settle accounts with the miners using the proceeds from the sale of goods and materials still available at the coal mining enterprises.

Earlier, it was reported that the debt on salaries to the employees of the mines in occupied Luhansk is planned to be settled by the "investor" using the remaining coal and material assets of the Skhidvuhillia enterprise.
