Ukrzaliznytsia (Ukrainian Railways) reports train delays due to power outages in various regions.
"Due to the enemy's large-scale attack, there are several power outages in different regions. Reserve diesel locomotives have been deployed, and all long-distance trains will continue to operate. Suburban electric train services are also experiencing delays, but energy workers are already addressing the issues on-site. The City Express services in Kyiv and Dnipro are running on schedule", - the statement said.
