This was reported by a staunch supporter of the "russian world" and "Z-blogger" Sergey Parshikov, better known in the so-called "DNR" and "LNR" under the call sign "Lynya".
"I want to address the residents of the Belgorod and Kursk oblasts regarding their attitude towards the presence of military personnel in the settlements. Soldiers are not being sold water or food, and they are not allowed to rent housing, with the explanation that they are afraid of incoming attacks. This is nothing less than treason! You are traitors, who, by driving away your own soldiers, will soon welcome foreign ones", - he wrote on his Telegram channel.
