In the past 24 hours, the russians launched 2,246 attacks along the front line and residential areas of the Donetsk oblast, resulting in the deaths of five civilians and injuries to 11 others. This was reported by the regional police on Telegram on the morning of September 2.

The attacks hit seven settlements: the cities of Kostiantynivka, Kurakhove, Siversk, Toretsk, the villages of Petrivka, Shcherbynivka, Yablunivka. A total of 15 civilian objects were damaged, including 13 residential buildings and two vehicles.

In Kurakhove, the occupiers launched a combined attack using the Uragan multiple rocket launcher system and barrel artillery, killing four civilians and injuring 10 others. Five apartment buildings, two private houses, and two cars were damaged.

One person was killed in Petrivka by the impact of a KAB-250 aerial bomb. There was also one person injured in Toretsk. In Siversk, an apartment building was damaged, and in Yablunivka, five private homes were affected.
