"On the night of September 12th, the enemy launched a massive airstrike on energy and civilian infrastructure facilities in the Konotop community. The russians used Shahed-type UAVs, targeting residential buildings, educational institutions, and medical facilities", - the OMA wrote.
According to preliminary information, 13 people were wounded with varying degrees of severity due to the enemy attack.
