The number of people injured in the russian strike on Kharkiv on October 3 has risen to 12, according to the Ukrainian State Emergency Service (SES) on Telegram.
"As a result of an enemy bomb hitting a five-story building in Kharkiv, 12 people were injured, including a three-year-old girl", - the message said.
It was clarified that the bomb hit between the third and fourth floors of the residential building. Nearby apartment buildings had windows shattered, and a clinic building along with at least 14 vehicles were also damaged.
Psychologists provided assistance to 23 people at the site of the strike.
