Russian occupiers have implemented another form of forced passportization in the temporarily occupied territory of the Luhansk oblast. This was reported on Telegram by the head of the Luhansk Oblast Military Administration, Artem Lysohor, on October 6.

According to him, by December 31, 2025, people with disabilities living in the so-called "LNR" are being forced by the occupiers to undergo a repeat medical and social expert commission, which is supposed to confirm their previously established diagnosis.

"Only citizens with russian passports will be allowed to go through the commission. All those who do not attend the commission within the next year will be deprived of their corresponding state benefits starting January 1, 2026", - wrote Lysohor.
