Russians carried out 2,487 strikes on the Donetsk oblast over the course of a day, damaging 54 civilian objects and injuring three people, as reported by the regional police and the Donetsk Oblast Military Administration on October 21.

"The enemy launched 2,487 attacks on the front line and residential areas. Explosions occurred in 12 settlements: the cities of Kramatorsk, Kurakhove, Myrnohrad, Pokrovsk, Siversk, Sloviansk, Toretsk, the villages of Shevchenko, Dachne, Ilinka, Novoselidivka, and Novotroitske. Fifty-four civilian objects were damaged, including 24 residential houses", - the statement said.

In Kurakhove, russians shelled with artillery, injuring a civilian and damaging a private house. One person was injured in Ilinka, and another in Novoselidivka.

The occupiers dropped four UMPB D-30 SN bombs on Kramatorsk, damaging an industrial facility. In Sloviansk, three UMPB D-30 SN bombs hit, damaging 10 private houses.

In Pokrovsk, a missile strike from an S-300 air defense system damaged three private houses and a store. In Myrnohrad, eight apartment buildings and three civilian cars were affected.

Three S-300 missiles targeted Shevchenko, damaging a store and two administrative buildings. In Novotroitske, an S-300 missile damaged a private house, a clinic, an administrative building, a school, and five garages.

Dachne was shelled with Uragan multiple rocket launchers, damaging an administrative building and 10 garages.

Eighty-one more people, including 15 children, were evacuated from the front line over the course of the day.
