In the occupied Starobilsk district, collaborator teachers are encouraging high school students to join the russian army under contract. This was reported by the head of the Luhansk Oblast Military Administration, Artem Lysohor, on Telegram on September 21.

"Money and a social benefits package are being offered to students in Starobilsk for signing a contract with the russian army. Such proposals are coming from teachers in schools", - the message stated.

It is noted that local high school students will be subject to conscription in a year or two, but teachers are emphasizing contract enlistment as the most financially advantageous form of military service.

"They are urging students to take the money and go directly to the front, where the russians need a significant amount of infantry", - Lysohor wrote.
