In the Pokrovsk district of the Donetsk oblast, two children and a woman died due to russian strikes, while two more people were injured. This was reported by the Donetsk Oblast Prosecutor's Office on October 22.
"According to the investigation, on October 21, 2024, at 9:00 PM, the russian army attacked the village of Novoukrainka in the Pokrovsk district with two UAVs, reportedly of the Shahed type. A 14-year-old girl suffered fatal injuries. A 29-year-old woman sustained a leg fracture and burns on her body", - the statement said.
It was also reported that at 11:50 PM on October 21, the enemy dropped an aerial bomb on the village of Yantarne in the Kurakhove community.
"As a result of the explosion, a 64-year-old woman and an 11-year-old boy died in one of the houses. A 68-year-old man was also injured. Residential houses and outbuildings in the area were damaged by fire and the blast wave", - the prosecutor's office noted.
It is reported that the Donetsk Oblast Prosecutor's Office is conducting a pre-trial investigation into criminal proceedings for violations of the laws and customs of war (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
