An 11-year-old boy, a 14-year-old girl, and two adults died from russian strikes in the Donetsk oblast within the last 24 hours. Additionally, five civilians were wounded. This was reported by the regional police and the Donetsk Oblast Prosecutor's Office on October 22.

"The police recorded 2,697 enemy shellings targeting the front line and residential areas. The enemy focused fire on seven areas: the cities of Kostiantynivka, Kurakhove, Myrnohrad, Siversk, and the villages of Mykolaivka, Novoukrainka, and Yantarne. A total of 48 civilian objects were damaged, including 23 residential houses", - the police reported.

In Myrnohrad, the russians struck with two UMPB D-30SN bombs and a drone, killing two civilians and injuring two others. Fifteen apartment buildings, fourteen outbuildings, two garages, a shop, and a commercial pavilion were damaged.

In Kurakhove, the occupiers dropped two KAB bombs, resulting in one fatality and one injury, and damaging two apartment buildings and an educational institution.

Novoukrainka was attacked by two drones, killing a 14-year-old girl and injuring another civilian. Damage was reported to an agricultural enterprise and a civilian vehicle.

In Yantarne, preliminary information indicates that one person was injured in the enemy strike, and private homes were damaged. The exact number of casualties and extent of the damage is still being determined.

The Donetsk Oblast Prosecutor's Office clarified that as a result of the russian attack on the village of Yantarne in the Kurakhove community, a 64-year-old resident and an 11-year-old boy were killed inside a house.

Kostiantynivka was shelled by russian forces using artillery, damaging a private house and a car.

In Mykolaivka, artillery shelling resulted in damage to four private homes, an educational institution, an administrative building, and a non-residential facility.

Additionally, around 1:50 AM today, the enemy dropped two aerial bombs on Pokrovsk, damaging infrastructure; no information on casualties has been reported so far.

The Donetsk Oblast Military Administration reported that 158 people, including 24 children, were evacuated from the front line in the past 24 hours.
