NATO believes that putin currently needs support from abroad to continue the war against Ukraine. "More than 600,000 russian soldiers have been killed or wounded during the war, and putin is unable to continue his assault on Ukraine without foreign support", - NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte stated in Brussels after consultations with South Korean military and intelligence representatives.
