Russian occupiers shot a civilian woman dead in the middle of the street in the Donetsk oblast, as reported by Ukraine's Prosecutor General's Office.
"According to preliminary information, on November 10, 2024, in the vicinity of the village of Terny, the Lyman community, russian military personnel attacked a peaceful resident. The woman was walking along the street when russian soldiers opened fire on her. As a result of the gunshot wound, she died on the spot", - the report stated.
A pre-trial investigation is underway, led by the Donetsk Oblast Prosecutor's Office, on charges of violating the laws and customs of war combined with intentional murder (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
