In the Donetsk oblast, within the past 24 hours, police recorded 2,940 attacks targeting both the frontlines and residential areas, impacting 13 settlements. As a result, three civilians were injured, and 39 civilian structures were damaged, as reported by regional police on November 15.
"The attacks affected 13 settlements: the cities of Kostiantynivka, Kramatorsk, Kurakhove, Pokrovsk, Sloviansk, Toretsk, and the villages of Shevchenko, Shcherbynivka, Vovkove, Leonidivka, Mykolaivka, Romanivka, Shevchenko. Damage included 39 civilian structures, of which 21 were residential homes", - the report stated.
Near Vovkove, a drone strike hit a road, injuring a civilian and damaging a vehicle. In the village of Shevchenko, the enemy dropped a FAB-250 bomb, injuring one civilian and damaging a private house. In Shcherbynivka, artillery shelling injured another person and damaged a home.
In Sloviansk, russian forces carried out two airstrikes using UMPB D-30SN bombs, damaging four apartment buildings, educational facilities, a shop, and six civilian vehicles. Kostiantynivka was attacked with a UMPB D-30SN bomb, damaging nine private houses, a civilian car, and the power grid. In Mykolaivka, a FAB-250 bomb damaged five private homes. In Pokrovsk, drone strikes damaged three civilian vehicles.
Additionally, information was received about civilians previously affected on November 13: one person died from a drone strike in Hannivka, and four people were injured in Kurakhove.
Criminal investigations under Article 438 (violations of the laws and customs of war) of the Ukrainian Criminal Code have been initiated by the police and the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU).
It was also reported that, with police assistance, another 437 people, including 20 children, were evacuated from the Donetsk oblast within the past day.
