Denmark has already transferred 6 F-16 fighter jets to Ukraine. This was announced by Danish Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen at a joint press conference with Zelensky on November 19.
"Six have been delivered. This was the first batch", - Frederiksen said.
She noted that Denmark has not made any changes to its plans to transfer a specific number of F-16 fighter jets to Ukraine. She also reminded that since last summer, Denmark has been involved in training Ukrainian pilots to fly these jets.
"It was challenging, but we managed to succeed in training. So, the process continues. And then there will be another batch, and another after that. There will be 19 jets in total, as we stated from the very beginning", - Frederiksen also said.
