Rashists struck Kyivskyi district of Kharkiv on the morning of November 25, according to the head of the Kharkiv Oblast Military Administration Oleh Synehubov and Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov on Telegram.

"An explosion in Kharkiv. Be cautious! ...The strike hit the Kyivskyi district of the city. A fire broke out at the impact site", - Terekhov reported.

Synehubov noted that civilian infrastructure and vehicles were damaged.

As of 9:05 AM, 13 people were reported injured, with 9 hospitalized.

Later updates stated that the number of casualties had risen to 15.

"The strike hit the central part of the city, an area of dense residential development. The impact occurred in courtyards surrounded by multi-story buildings. Outbuildings and vehicles caught fire. All relevant services and volunteers are working at the scene", - Terekhov added.
