Militant leaders do not allow the representatives of the OSCE mission to examine Ukrainian prisoners. It was stated by press secretary of the Ukrainian representative in the contact group Leonid Kuchma Darka Olifer on her Facebook page, commenting on the results of the negotiations of the Trilateral contact group in Minsk which took place on July 27th.

According to her, representatives of the terrorists are not going to discuss release of Ukrainian captives and give no information about their location.

"Coordinator of the OSCE in the subgroup of Humanitarian Affairs Toni Frisch was not allowed to see captives illegally held in SDDLR. In SDDLR prisons are closed for representatives of the OSCE, International Committee of Red Cross, Doctors Without Borders and other international organizations. This situation with humanitarian issues should not be left without special attention of the leaders of the Normandy format," - said Olifer
