One of the most massive combined strikes by Ukrainian forces in recent months targeted the Taganrog Aviation Scientific and Technical Complex named after G. M. Beriev. This information comes from local media and has been confirmed by Acting Governor of the Rostov oblast, Yuri Slyusar.
It is reported that the powerful attack involved drones, long-range missiles Palianytsia, drone-missiles Peklo, and possibly heavy tactical missiles Neptune.
The region's head, Yuri Slyusar, did not specify the name of the enterprise that was struck. "Last night, Taganrog suffered a missile attack. A manufacturing facility was damaged, and 14 vehicles in the parking lot were burned... The extent of the damage is being clarified", - he wrote on Telegram.
The Taganrog Aviation Scientific and Technical Complex produces A-50U early warning and control aircraft and is testing the latest A-100 airborne radar system, which is critically needed for creating low-altitude air and missile defense shields against SCALP-EG missiles, Neptune-MD, JASSM-ER, Tomahawk Block V, and similar missiles.
