Representatives of the European Union have agreed on the 15th package of sanctions against russia for its invasion of Ukraine. This was reported by Radio Free Europe's journalist Rikard Jozwiak on the social network X.
"White smoke! The European Union’s 15th sanctions package on Russia just agreed", - he wrote.
It should be recalled that on December 6, EU representatives failed to agree on a new 15th package of sanctions against russia, which included extending the import of russian oil products for the Czech Republic, which primarily receives them via Slovakia.
It was previously reported that more than 70% of EU residents support economic sanctions against the russian government.
