There will be no proper water supply in the "DNR" for the "next two years". This statement was made by the so-called "chairman of the DNR government", Solntsev, as cited by occupational media.

"You know, it’s a complex issue, really. We predict that, at a minimum, it won’t be resolved in the next two years", - said the head of the occupation "government".

According to him, the seizure of the "Siverskyi Donets" canal by russian forces won’t help either because the infrastructure "needs repairs and rebuilding".

Solntsev also claimed that the main priority now is "minimizing water losses". To address this, a new "operational headquarters" has allegedly been created to implement a set of measures, "including replacing damaged sections of pipelines, drilling new wells, and laying additional pipelines".

Solntsev’s statements are laughable, as Donetsk residents know that all these so-called "measures" are nothing more than a farce.
